INSERTION

We use a fully automatic machine for fitting self-clinching studs and nuts.

The fitted self-clinching studs/nuts are between M2……M10.

It is also common for us to install various blind rivet nuts, including special railway solutions (Magna-lok; Avdel, etc.).

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

This includes most assembly work, from simple adhesive work (seals or insulation) to complex transmissions or piping installation.

AIM Production considers the requirements and standards of the client (for example, the fastening strength of thread connections) to ensure quality.

PNEUMATICS

We compose pneumatic systems according to the client’s requirements.

We have established good relations with well-known manufacturers of pneumatic components such as SMC, Festo, Camozzi, Legris, etc.

HYDRAULICS

We compose hydraulic systems according to the client’s requirements. Special solutions for connective hoses and fixed courses are nothing out of the ordinary for us.

Our suppliers include global leading manufacturers as well as smaller and more aggressive manufacturers providing good quality.

All assemblies are subjected to functional hydrotesting.

ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY

Automation is part of functional complete solutions and this entails the connection of sensors, motors, valves, control units and other electronic modules.

This is exactly the kind of service we provide – connecting various electronic modules in equipment or functional assemblies manufactured by us.
In addition, we work with several subcontracting companies operating in the field of electronics who are prepared to manufacture electronic or automatic modules in line with the requirements of our clients.
